Yes! We accept Aetna, Optum (United Health, Oscar, Oxford), Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna. If our services are considered out of network, we can send you a superbill on a weekly or monthly basis to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
If you are not participating in an insurance plan our initial session/assessment will cost $140. Every session there after will be at a rate of $120.
We will review intake forms and confidentiality. We'll gather some background information related to current symptoms, medical history, work/relationship stressors and any relevant information that you feel has contributed to your current challenge/s. We'll also explore your ideas on what you're hoping to achieve or work towards in therapy.
This a question that you and your therapist will come back to throughout your therapy journey. The journey is by no means linear, but there will be milestones and markers that will be worth acknowledging and being proud of. The ability to have open and honest communication about your therapy journey and goals with your therapist is vital to progress. We aim to create a therapeutic space that creates safety and authenticity and ultimately encourages real communication.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes. However, a crisis or urgent matter may require an extended session.
