Teen DBT Skills Group

Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm (24 weeks)


This is a tele-health group for teenagers that are having a difficult time regulating intense emotions and as a result may be engaging in maladaptive behaviors. The group follows the DBT adolescent curriculum which teaches the following skills: Mindfulness; Emotional Regulation; Interpersonal Effectiveness; and Walking the Middle Path.

$50 per session; Aetna/Cigna/United Healthcare/BCBS insurances accepted.


SPACE-Parenting Group

Start date: April 21st! Register here!

  • SPACE stands for Supportive Parenting of Anxious Childhood emotions.
  • Developed by The Yale Child Study Center.
  • This is a parent only treatment that requires NO child participation.
  • Excellent therapy alternative for children who are too young or are resistant to treatment.
  • Clinically proven to work just as well as Cognitive Behaviors Therapy in treating child anxiety.

PEERS Social Skills Group

PEERS (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) for Adolescents is an evidence-based social skills program for adolescents in middle and high school who are interested in making and keeping friends and/or handling conflict and rejection. Adolescents and parents attend 16 weekly group sessions for 90 minutes per week.

Participants are taught social skills through didactic lessons and role-play demonstrations, and practice these skills during group socialization activities. Parents attend separate sessions simultaneously and are taught how to assist adolescents in making and keeping friends (parent participation is required).
